Our path is an important one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As members of the community, we represent a diverse and inclusive environment and value our work, scholarship, and interactions. Self- and institutional reflection along our path is essential. We hold ourselves and others accountable, maintain high standards, and strive for excellence in all that we do. As we follow our path, it is our responsibility to operate ethically and avoid harmful behaviors that can tarnish our reputation, undermine our values, and impede our success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout the month we invite all faculty and staff to be <strong>Aware<\/strong> and <strong>Reflect<\/strong> on our values.
